Each A5 notebook is handmade and one of a kind. For this reason, returns by mail are not accepted.

In-person return only: Returns are possible only in Portugal, by handing the notebook back to us directly.

Conditions:

• The notebook must be in perfect, unused condition

• No damage, marks, or alterations

Refund:

• No cash refunds are offered

• Once accepted, you will receive a voucher equal to the value of the notebook

We ship our A5 notebooks directly from Portugal to several European countries. Delivery times and costs are estimated and may vary depending on the shipping provider and destination.

Estimated delivery details:
