A practise rooted in freestyle Hip Hop dance, and cultivated into a spiritual practise of how to move in life when we feel stuck in our body and mind and how to realease old versions of us. This is a divine transformative practise, that approaches a wholesome healing process, that focus mainly on internal mental and physcial strength, flow and rooting.
